There will be no ban on ‘Udaipur Files’, Big decision of the Supreme Court: The filmmakers have got a big relief from the Supreme Court regarding the Bollywood film ‘Udaipur Files’. The Supreme Court flatly refused to ban the film. The Supreme Court refused to hear the petitions filed against ‘Udaipur Files’. Mohammad Javed, the accused in the famous Kanhaiyalal murder case, had filed this petition.
In fact, when the case was heard in the Supreme Court, the lawyer appearing for the film ‘Udaipur Files’ said that the film is going to be released on Friday. This may affect the case. After this, the Supreme Court clearly said that let the film be released and put your point before the concerned court.
Not only this, Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind has filed petitions in Delhi, Maharashtra and Gujarat High Courts demanding a ban on the release of the film and cancellation of the certificate given by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
The film ‘Udaipur Files’ is based on the Kanhaiyalal murder case of 2022. Its trailer includes Nupur Sharma’s controversial statement, the Gyanvapi controversy and scenes targeting the Muslim community. Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind has filed a petition in the Delhi, Mumbai and Gujarat High Courts to stop its release, calling it a disturber of communal harmony. The organizations allege that the film spreads hatred, while the producers claim to show the truth in it.
